Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide managerial oversight and hands-on work for design and engineering of wind, solar, and energy storage projects from mid-stage development through handoff to project execution
  • Interface with development, origination, estimating, procurement, preconstruction, and engineering teams to ensure smooth and efficient development engineering processes
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing development engineering team
  • Manage completion of preliminary engineering studies, layouts, and energy estimates to support development, permitting, and offtake marketing

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering from accredited university with minimum 8 years experience in engineering/construction of power generation facilities/electrical systems
  • Minimum 2 years experience in management/leadership role with engineering, construction/project management of wind/solar/storage projects (Professional Engineering Registration highly desirable)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, PVsyst, PlantPredict, Openwind, and other automated layout/optimization tools
  • Understanding of project development and permitting processes, knowledge of project commercial issues and financial analysis, strong project management skills
