Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve 15-20% annual financial growth
  • Lead major and mid-level donor engagement, cultivation, and stewardship for gifts ranging from $10K to $99K+
  • Oversee institutional fundraising including foundation grants, corporate partnerships, and multi-year funding opportunities
  • Manage 5 primary annual events and campaigns with goals of $50k-$100k per event

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 5-15 years experience in directing nonprofit fundraising, preferably in holistic health services for marginalized communities
  • Proven track record of securing major gifts and developing sustainable donor relationships
  • Strong writing skills with demonstrated success in securing grants and corporate sponsorships
  • Proficient in Classy, Salesforce, Google platform, and Microsoft Office Suite
