Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead and execute fundraising strategy during pivotal growth phase, including major gifts, corporate partnerships, and foundation relationships
- Build, manage, and grow portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and major donors while stewarding existing donor base
- Select and implement CRM system to track donor relationships and build clear development systems and processes
- Develop compelling proposals, pitches, and donor materials that translate program impact into inspiring narratives

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of senior-level fundraising or revenue leadership experience with clear ownership of results
- Proven success securing and growing 5- and 6-figure gifts from major individual donors and/or corporate partners
- Demonstrated experience building fundraising strategy, relationships, and processes from the ground up
- Exceptional relationship builder with ability to engage diverse constituencies including high-net-worth individuals, corporate partners, foundations, and senior leaders
