Development Director

Core responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, organizing, and implementation of all fundraising for USCPR and USCPRA
• Lead development team and fundraising committee in planning and developing new strategies to grow revenue
• Manage the major gifts program, including identification, solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship
• Lead grant seeking, including managing existing relations, cultivating new foundation relations, and drafting proposals and reports

This role creates positive change by securing funding to support the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights' work advocating for Palestinian freedom and justice, enabling the organization to expand its impact and advance its mission.

Required qualifications:

• At least 7 years of relevant work experience, including at least three years in managerial roles
• Demonstrated experience planning major gifts programs and managing relationships with foundations
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational growth
• Deep understanding of and commitment to the Palestinian struggle for freedom and its intersection with other justice and liberation movements
