Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and stakeholders to create and implement annual fundraising strategy
  • Research, identify, and solicit new funding sources including grants and individual donors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors, sponsors, and prospective supporters
  • Plan and execute fundraising events, manage budgets, and ensure smooth event logistics

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising
  • Proven track record in managing donor relations and development operations
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with fundraising best practices and prospecting tools

Benefits

What's in it for you

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 commensurate with experience with opportunities for advancement. Benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off (10 days), and federal holidays paid off. Remote work environment with occasional travel required (likely no more than quarterly).
