Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Speak Up's fundraising efforts with a goal of at least $1 million in 2026
  • Implement a social media and public relations strategy
  • Manage a team of staff and volunteers, some remote
  • Oversee the fundraising side of our Sponsorship Program and communicate Speak Up's vision to a global audience

This role will double Speak Up's fundraising income over three years, enabling the organization to expand its Girls Empowerment Program that stops child marriages and funds education for girls in poverty, transforming lives and changing village cultures through empowered girls.

Required skills and experience:

  • 5 years high-level experience in Fundraising Development
  • A track-record of fundraising at least $1 million annually
  • Experience in leading a team of staff or volunteers
  • Skills in grant-writing and reporting, effective public speaking, and social media engagement
