Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead RLF's overall development and fundraising strategy, setting annual and multi-year goals to meet revenue targets.
  • Support principal fundraisers (staff and board) in donor prospecting, cultivation, and asks by providing research, materials, and talking points.
  • Design and manage fundraising operations, including internal systems, policies, processes, and technology infrastructure (e.g., Salesforce CRM).
  • Strengthen donor stewardship and expand the diversity of RLF's donor pool through research and evaluation of new potential funders.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of progressive nonprofit fundraising experience with increasing responsibility for development strategy, planning, and management.
  • Broad knowledge of fundraising approaches for philanthropic foundations and family offices.
  • Experience designing fundraising operations, systems, and teams, and leveraging modern data management practices and technology (e.g., CRM).
  • Exceptional composition, editing, and spoken communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
