Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Serve as a key thought partner to the Executive Director, Program staff and Leadership Team to guide development strategy and execution
- Create annual development goals and plans, manage execution, and ensure goals are met while diversifying revenue streams
- Manage relationship with external grant writing firm and develop/steward relationships with funding partners
- Assess fundraising systems requirements, establish policies/procedures, and oversee fundraising database management

Required qualifications:
- Proven fundraiser with demonstrated track record of meeting ambitious fundraising goals and experience with individual donor and foundation fundraising strategies
- Systems builder with attention to detail and experience with grants databases/CRMs and donor management systems
- Relationship and trust builder able to build authentic relationships across lines of difference and move projects forward
- Mission alignment with commitment to building multiracial feminist democracy and collective liberation

- Competitive starting salary between $91,000-114,000 based on experience
