Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Annually develop and execute fundraising strategy that supports organizational priorities and revenue goals
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and prospects through personalized engagement
  • Provide strategic oversight for fundraising events including budgeting, revenue targets, and donor engagement
  • Oversee donor stewardship plans, communications, and accurate donor data management in CRM systems

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Master's degree in nonprofit management or Bachelor's degree with equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in nonprofit development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with knowledge of donor databases/CRMs and fundraising analytics
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
