Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Annually develop and execute fundraising strategy that supports organizational priorities and revenue goals
- Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and prospects through personalized engagement
- Provide strategic oversight for fundraising events including budgeting, revenue targets, and donor engagement
- Oversee donor stewardship plans, communications, and accurate donor data management in CRM systems

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in nonprofit management or Bachelor's degree with equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in nonprofit development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with knowledge of donor databases/CRMs and fundraising analytics
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
