Mission
What you will drive
- Design and implement a comprehensive development strategy covering foundation grants, government funding, corporate sponsorships, earned revenue, in-kind donations, and individual gifts.
- Own the full grants lifecycle: prospect research, proposal writing, submission, renewals, and funder relationships.
- Lead corporate partnerships and sponsorships, and support individual giving and blended finance initiatives.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 3 years of nonprofit development experience with a track record of securing five- and six-figure grants.
- Experience supervising staff and managing grant budgets.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and CRM proficiency.
