Mission

What you will drive

  • Design and implement a comprehensive development strategy covering foundation grants, government funding, corporate sponsorships, earned revenue, in-kind donations, and individual gifts.
  • Own the full grants lifecycle: prospect research, proposal writing, submission, renewals, and funder relationships.
  • Lead corporate partnerships and sponsorships, and support individual giving and blended finance initiatives.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 3 years of nonprofit development experience with a track record of securing five- and six-figure grants.
  • Experience supervising staff and managing grant budgets.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and CRM proficiency.
