Development Director

Core responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive, multi-year fundraising strategy focused on corporate, foundation, and individual giving
• Establish and oversee systems and processes for donor management, stewardship, and reporting
• Identify, cultivate, and steward a portfolio of individual donors and key relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and community stakeholders
• Develop fundraising campaigns and oversee grant cycles, from concept through follow-up
