About the Role
The Development Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing donor data management and providing administrative support to the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of donor data management, ensuring records are organized, updated, and accurate for all current Zinc Collective programs and future long-term focused projects
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the development team, particularly in managing donor relations and fundraising activities
- Assist the development team with the identification, cultivation and solicitation of prospects for call time, events, and individual meeting outreach

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a marketing or development/finance assistant on a political campaign or at a non-profit or mission driven organization
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Fluency with contact relationship management tools (HubSpot, NGP VAN, Salesforce)
- Experience managing sensitive information with professionalism and complete confidentiality
- Alignment with and excitement about Zinc Collective's mission to work toward persistent Democratic majorities

- Annual salary between $75,000 and $85,000
