Development Coordinator

• Support grant writing, corporate partnership fulfillment, and data management for the National Institutional Fundraising Team.
• Update and maintain grant report templates, coordinate cross-team grant report deliverables, and ensure timely submission.
• Assist in tracking and fulfilling corporate partnerships, including sponsorship requests and volunteer engagement events.
• Manage data and administration tasks such as updating compliance data and maintaining grant documentation.

This role directly supports fundraising efforts that provide transformative mentoring and experiences for underserved youth, helping them overcome systemic barriers and achieve economic equity.

• 2-3 years of experience in non-profit fundraising and development, with exposure to grants and/or drafting communications.
• Strong accountability, communication effectiveness, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Office (PowerPoint) and experience with CRM (Raiser's Edge preferred).
• Commitment to Summer Search's mission and ability to thrive in a remote team environment.
