Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage all revenue-facing functions of PHA's donor database (Salesforce) and perform regular quality checks
  • Coordinate donor stewardship processes, including prompt and accurate acknowledgement of all gifts and in compliance with IRS requirements
  • Assist with managing the funder contract process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Support event logistics for the planning and execution of fundraising or donor-focused events

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in development support role for a nonprofit or related field
  • Working knowledge of donor management software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Fluency with computer applications such as Google workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software, and other web-based applications
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines
