What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support fundraising initiatives, manage donor stewardship activities, and support major gifts and grants through tracking, documentation, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate donor records, ensure data integrity and compliance, and conduct prospect research to maintain donor pipelines
  • Draft dynamic and high-quality writing for grant applications and other funder communications, and create tools for donor engagement
  • Coordinate sub-granting processes for partner organizations, track agreements and deliverables, and serve as point of contact for documentation and compliance

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, advancement, donor relations, or development operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
