Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support fundraising initiatives, manage donor stewardship activities, and support major gifts and grants through tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain accurate donor records, ensure data integrity and compliance, and conduct prospect research to maintain donor pipelines
- Draft dynamic and high-quality writing for grant applications and other funder communications, and create tools for donor engagement
- Coordinate sub-granting processes for partner organizations, track agreements and deliverables, and serve as point of contact for documentation and compliance

Required qualifications:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, advancement, donor relations, or development operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
