Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support the Development Team in all aspects of project development for Terawatt Charging Centers
- Assist with site due diligence, entitlement, permitting, design, financial modeling, and coordination of pre-construction design process
- Work alongside internal teams (Real Estate, Energy, Finance, Revenue, Legal, Construction) and coordinate project deliverables
- Take on increasing responsibility for managing tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Four year degree in Real Estate, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Facilities Design, Infrastructure Project Management, or related fields
- Ability to work in complex financial models
- Experience working with Procore, SmartSheets, Google Suite (Docs, Drive)
