Development Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Manage Family Equality's CRM and development systems, overseeing internal development and revenue databases
• Provide tracking, reporting, and data analysis for the Development team, including prospect screening and research
• Ensure accurate gift entry and acknowledgement, serving as primary liaison to the business office for gift processing
• Create regular reports on fundraising progress and donor engagement for forecasting and strategic planning

This role supports Family Equality's mission to advance legal and lived equality for LGBTQ+ families by ensuring efficient fundraising operations and donor engagement systems that enable the organization to expand its impact.

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in development operations, data management, or similar role
• Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across teams
