What you will drive

In collaboration with leadership:

  • Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and corporate sponsors
  • Manage giving, gifts, and fundraising events and initiatives
  • Create and implement donor communications, appeals and fundraising efforts with leadership
  • Adapt and scale fundraising efforts as programs grow

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit development, advancement, fundraising, donor relations, and related special events
  • Demonstrated success in donor cultivation and campaign management
  • Experience in the healthcare industry development is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
