What you will drive
In collaboration with leadership:
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and corporate sponsors
- Manage giving, gifts, and fundraising events and initiatives
- Create and implement donor communications, appeals and fundraising efforts with leadership
- Adapt and scale fundraising efforts as programs grow

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit development, advancement, fundraising, donor relations, and related special events
- Demonstrated success in donor cultivation and campaign management
- Experience in the healthcare industry development is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
