What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy that diversifies revenue across government grants, private foundations, individual donors, and major gifts
- Engage in direct outreach, grant development and submission, donor cultivation, and support team members in fundraising activities
- Develop and implement an early-stage major donor cultivation and stewardship approach, including identifying prospects and building a pipeline
- Create fundraising materials, produce an annual report, conduct research on funding opportunities, and manage the donation process and CRM system
