Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer and cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute development activities, partnerships, and events
- Support grant application processes including researching and writing draft applications
- Assist in managing relationships with partners by tracking goals, donations, tasks, and revenue
- Provide administrative support to the Development team, Board of Directors, and senior leadership

Required skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, development programs, or high-level sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team-based environments
