Mission
What you will drive
- Coordinate fundraising activities and manage data by maintaining donor pipeline trackers, communicating with fundraisers, and sharing regular updates with directors
- Conduct prospect research, support donor identification and solicitation efforts, and coordinate proposal development and submission
- Provide logistical and operational support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and assisting with donor events
- Develop organizational systems for effective file storage and knowledge management, and create documentation to train staff on fundraising processes

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a non-profit or academic setting, with previous fundraising or development experience preferred
- Technical proficiency with Asana, Excel, and Salesforce, with strong analytical skills
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
