About the Role

The role involves managing and coordinating fundraising efforts for high-profile initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate fundraising campaigns for high-profile FSC initiatives
  • Identify and research new funding opportunities from public and private sources, maintaining a pipeline of prospects
  • Develop and write proposals, concept notes, and reports for institutional funders, ensuring alignment with funder's guidelines and FSC's mission and strategies
  • Lead the program and grant management of assigned project portfolios, ensuring deliverables are achieved in line with approved workplans, budgets, timelines, and donor expectations

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • Minimum three years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and/or grant management
  • Experience with prospecting and researching grant opportunities and managing institutional fundraising pipelines
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Asana, and/or similar CRM platforms to track activities, deadlines, and partner engagement
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects
