About the Role
The role involves managing and coordinating fundraising efforts for high-profile initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns for high-profile FSC initiatives
- Identify and research new funding opportunities from public and private sources, maintaining a pipeline of prospects
- Develop and write proposals, concept notes, and reports for institutional funders, ensuring alignment with funder's guidelines and FSC's mission and strategies
- Lead the program and grant management of assigned project portfolios, ensuring deliverables are achieved in line with approved workplans, budgets, timelines, and donor expectations

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Minimum three years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and/or grant management
- Experience with prospecting and researching grant opportunities and managing institutional fundraising pipelines
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Asana, and/or similar CRM platforms to track activities, deadlines, and partner engagement
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects

- Salary range: $58,000 to $75,000 annually based on a 40-hour work week
