What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic technical decisions that shape Ethereum's developer ecosystem
  • Help tackle critical strategic questions requiring deep technical expertise around language support, project prioritization, and tool development
  • Coordinate resource allocation and work collaboratively across teams from codebases to leadership on grants and support strategy
  • Work on domains including language & framework strategy, developer experience & AI integration, and ecosystem intelligence & resource allocation

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • Extensive hands-on experience building on Ethereum (smart contracts, dApps, infrastructure, or developer tools)
  • Strong, well-informed opinions about how the Ethereum ecosystem should evolve
  • Experience across multiple layers: smart contract development (Solidity/Vyper), modern client libraries (viem, wagmi, ethers.js), development frameworks (Foundry, Hardhat), frontend integrations (RainbowKit, ConnectKit)
  • Ability to move between strategic discussions and diving deep into codebases, comfortable reviewing implementations and contributing code
  • Bonus: Experience managing resource allocation tradeoffs, leading technical initiatives across teams, or identifying emerging technology trends
