What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Drive strategic technical decisions that shape Ethereum's developer ecosystem
- Help tackle critical strategic questions requiring deep technical expertise around language support, project prioritization, and tool development
- Coordinate resource allocation and work collaboratively across teams from codebases to leadership on grants and support strategy
- Work on domains including language & framework strategy, developer experience & AI integration, and ecosystem intelligence & resource allocation

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience building on Ethereum (smart contracts, dApps, infrastructure, or developer tools)
- Strong, well-informed opinions about how the Ethereum ecosystem should evolve
- Experience across multiple layers: smart contract development (Solidity/Vyper), modern client libraries (viem, wagmi, ethers.js), development frameworks (Foundry, Hardhat), frontend integrations (RainbowKit, ConnectKit)
- Ability to move between strategic discussions and diving deep into codebases, comfortable reviewing implementations and contributing code
- Bonus: Experience managing resource allocation tradeoffs, leading technical initiatives across teams, or identifying emerging technology trends
