Designer - Via, Remix, Citymapper

• Design and deliver 360 campaigns across audiences: riders, commercial partners, investors, and internal teams.
• Develop thoughtful creative strategy that meets the brief, and deliver work that has an impact.
• Collaborate with other designers and other disciplines across the organization to understand goals & constraints.
• Bring a systems approach to your work - design for scale.

This role creates positive change by designing the future of transportation and taking the brand to the next level, contributing to modern public transportation systems that provide greater access to jobs, healthcare, and education.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering top quality designs.
• Expertise in Figma (libraries, components, auto-layout etc.), Adobe suite (digital and large-scale print formats), AI (generative tools).
• Growth mindset: Take feedback onboard and proactively push beyond your comfort zone to progress. Proven ability to try new tools and expand your skillset.
• Communication: Ability to present to a non-designer audience and advocate for design excellence. Strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment.

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
