Designer, Training Development

• Develop and maintain online training content for Wärtsilä products and solutions.
• Transform technical information into clear, user-friendly content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts globally to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
• Lead, manage, and participate in training development projects.

This role enables sustainable societies by creating effective training materials that help customers and employees use Wärtsilä's innovative technologies for decarbonisation and sustainability.

• Strong working knowledge of eLearning authoring.
• Experience with technical documentation.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
