Designer

Core responsibilities:

• Provide training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modelling (BIM) system for creating 3D models using project specifications
• Provide direct project support and production for assigned projects, creating drawings as required in accordance with established standards
• Work with Civil 3D, 12D, and AutoCAD tools in utility projects, with knowledge of common data environments like ProjectWise, BIM 360, and ACC

This role supports water utility projects through advanced design and modeling systems, contributing to infrastructure development and resource management.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the water utilities field with Civil 3D, 12D, and CAD
• Working experience with Civil 3D, 12D, and AutoCAD tools in utility projects
• Good knowledge of common data environments (CDE) such as ProjectWise, BIM 360, and ACC
• Experience with developing reports and presentations, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
