Mission

What you will drive

  • Own and evolve the design system, including component library, interaction patterns, and design tokens as production frontend infrastructure across web and mobile.
  • Drive migrations and adoption of the design system into the product, managing breaking changes and deprecations.
  • Own frontend performance, including bundle size, render performance, and accessibility, with tooling and guardrails.
  • Write codemods, migration scripts, and agent workflows to enable faster adoption without sacrificing quality.

Impact

The difference you'll make

By building a robust design system and frontend infrastructure, you enable Ambrook to deliver modern financial tools to American family-run farms and businesses, helping them become more profitable and resilient in the face of volatile markets and climate shifts.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience owning a design system or shared component library in production, including versioning, breaking changes, and migrations at scale.
  • Treats frontend performance and accessibility as engineering problems; can profile, optimize, and set guardrails.
  • Uses coding agents as part of workflow; strong design instincts; curious about the domain (American family-run businesses).
