Mission
What you will drive
- Own and evolve the design system, including component library, interaction patterns, and design tokens as production frontend infrastructure across web and mobile.
- Drive migrations and adoption of the design system into the product, managing breaking changes and deprecations.
- Own frontend performance, including bundle size, render performance, and accessibility, with tooling and guardrails.
- Write codemods, migration scripts, and agent workflows to enable faster adoption without sacrificing quality.

What makes you a great fit
- Deep frontend engineering chops: clean, performant TypeScript and React, with solid grasp of data structures, async programming, and modern build/tooling workflows.
- Experience owning a design system or shared component library in production, including versioning, breaking changes, and migrations at scale.
- Treats frontend performance and accessibility as engineering problems; can profile, optimize, and set guardrails.
- Uses coding agents as part of workflow; strong design instincts; curious about the domain (American family-run businesses).
