Design Project Manager

• Manage project development during pre-design and design phases, ensuring alignment with scope and stakeholder requirements.
• Oversee consultant contracts, including review of payments, amendments, schedule extensions, and contract closeout.
• Coordinate with project management, regulatory agencies, and clients to resolve issues and facilitate design progression.
• Prepare reports and act as liaison between client, end users, and government agencies.

This role ensures that infrastructure and building projects are designed efficiently and sustainably, contributing to community development and environmental stewardship through careful oversight and coordination.
