About the Role / Overview

Responsibilities / What You'll Do
- Lead data center due diligence and design teams to deliver projects that meet client requirements, on schedule and with high quality across multiple disciplines including architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, fire protection, ICT, and BMS/EPMS.
- Develop and enforce multi-site project and program management plans, and proactively manage and communicate changes throughout projects.
- Host and attend meetings with clients and external stakeholders, develop trusting relationships with client stakeholders/buyers, and provide project updates while resolving outstanding issues.
- Develop technical and financial proposals for new and add/move/change data center design projects, and identify problems early to develop creative solutions.
