Design Lead

• Perform and provide design management services including monitoring and review of quality and timely delivery of design and engineering works by the Contractor.
• Manage and integrate input from the Client, Environmental Consultant, and other consultants; verify and integrate comments before returning to the Contractor.
• Establish, manage, and ensure complete integration consistency of all technical design interfaces through all stages of the Project.
• Create, maintain, and manage a Project requirements and criteria database; act as guardian of the design by maintaining the latest/approved master drawings.

This role ensures that infrastructure projects are designed and engineered to high standards, contributing to sustainable and safe development in the region.

• Experience in design management and engineering oversight for large infrastructure projects.
• Ability to review and approve contractor deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.
• Strong skills in managing technical design interfaces and maintaining project documentation.
• Proficiency in coordinating with clients, environmental consultants, and other stakeholders.
