Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with government leaders at city, state, and national levels across Latin America to advance Lime's government relations and public affairs strategy.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and implement strategic paths to maintain and grow Lime's operations and fleet in key Latin American markets, with immediate focus on Mexico and Chile.
- Collaborate with regional operations, campaigns, and policy leadership to develop and execute long-term government relations strategy aligned with company priorities.
- Analyze regulatory, legislative, and political developments across Latin America and provide insights to internal stakeholders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking publicly and engaging with media.
- At least 8 years of related experience in government affairs, public policy, campaigns, or community development in a government-related environment.
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with municipal and/or state government, campaigns, or public policy in Mexico City, ideally recently.
- Strong experience navigating municipal politics and city-level stakeholder environments; experience in other Latin American countries preferred, especially Chile.
