The Deputy National Director Partner Outreach Engagement will play a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan for national partner engagement. This position will work closely with various teams to connect district-level campaigns with national organizational resources and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive strategic plan for national partner engagement and map current/prospective partners
• Partner with Field Director to connect district-level campaigns with national organizational resources and support
• Collaborate with Data & Tech team on workflow design and system requirements for partner engagement systems
• Maintain alignment with BA leadership through regular check-ins and assist in running Strategic Council meetings

This role strengthens democratic institutions and civic participation by building coalitions, supporting grassroots organizing, and driving strategic voter engagement across congressional districts.

Required qualifications:

• Significant experience in progressive organizing, coalition building, or campaign operations
• Strong project management skills with experience designing and implementing systems at scale
• Experience with volunteer management, recruitment pipelines, and grassroots mobilization
• Proficiency with data or project management platforms (Airtable or similar)

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 dependent on experience. Comprehensive benefits package included. Some travel may be required. Remote work is acceptable with DC preference.
