Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide strategic direction and program management for the Building Construction Collaborative, a national initiative to advance energy-efficient building construction.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, coordinate staff and partners, and oversee complex projects, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Lead research, technical analyses, and publications, translating findings into practical recommendations for policymakers and practitioners.
  • Facilitate convenings and stakeholder engagement, and represent ACEEE in public forums.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or master's degree with at least 8 years; equivalent combinations considered.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and facilitating large convenings.
  • Professional experience in residential/commercial buildings, with familiarity in building science, energy codes, or building energy policy.
  • Experience leading research, developing publications, securing funding, and supervising staff.
