Mission
What you will drive
- Direct and supervise investigations from inception to publication, including pitches, outlines, risk assessments, drafts, and developmental edits
- Serve as developmental editor on all investigative projects, ensuring alignment with mission, strategic objectives, and evidentiary requirements
- Lead security risk assessments and develop plans to address physical, legal, cyber, and reputational risks
- Work with investigators to identify impactful investigations focusing on illicit financial flows supporting conflict, corruption, and natural resource exploitation

- Bachelor's degree with at least 7+ years of experience supervising investigations
- Track record of authoring and supervising publications with superior writing and developmental editing skills
- Organized and effective in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Well-developed decision-making, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
