Deputy Director of Development

• Lead operational execution and coordination of DMFI's national fundraising strategy in partnership with the Chief Development Officer.
• Manage donor stewardship, relationship management, and in-person fundraising engagement with donors, prospects, and fundraising hosts.
• Oversee prospect research, donor pipeline tracking, and development operations including donor acknowledgments and reporting.
• Lead logistics, planning, and execution for donor events and briefings.

This role directly supports the mission of Democratic Majority for Israel by securing the resources needed to elect pro-Israel, pro-Democratic candidates and advance policies that strengthen the U.S.-Israel relationship.

• Highly organized, politically savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in fundraising, donor engagement, and event management.
• Ability to manage logistics and administrative priorities while building strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with EveryAction or similar CRM systems.
