Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead campaigns to transform California's manufacturing base, with an early focus on green fertilizer, to support union jobs, justice, and climate.
  • Recruit and build coalitions of labor, community, environmental justice advocates, farmers, and other stakeholders.
  • Engage in direct advocacy with state agencies, develop policy platforms, and serve as a spokesperson.
  • Support fundraising and program budget management.

  • At least 10 years of increasing responsibility in campaigning and coalition-building.
  • Background in policy development, organizing, or leadership within advocacy or movement spaces.
  • Strong familiarity with California state and local agencies and venues.
  • Proven track record of delivering policy wins and strong project management skills.
