Deputy Director

• In this role, you'll manage operations spanning finance, compliance, and external relationships to support BERI's x-risk research globally.
• Recruit and hire project personnel, freelancers, and contractors across diverse geographies.
• Oversee project budgets, fiscal sponsorship agreements, financial compliance, and audit preparation.
• Cultivate relationships with researchers, donors, grantmakers, and university partners.
• Identify operational improvements and evaluate new projects to shape BERI's strategic growth.
