What you will drive
- In this role, you'll manage operations spanning finance, compliance, and external relationships to support BERI's x-risk research globally.
- Recruit and hire project personnel, freelancers, and contractors across diverse geographies.
- Oversee project budgets, fiscal sponsorship agreements, financial compliance, and audit preparation.
- Cultivate relationships with researchers, donors, grantmakers, and university partners.
- Identify operational improvements and evaluate new projects to shape BERI's strategic growth.
