Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support the Country Director as senior relationship manager with the Ministry of Health and partners for effective program implementation and quality
- Provide technical leadership for program design, planning, implementation, M&E, and reporting in collaboration with LMH country team
- Lead implementation and innovation supporting government capacity and ensure MERL integration into programming for learning and adaptive management
- Provide leadership to increase coordination, collaboration, communication, and alignment of LMH's programming and operations

Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Public Health, with clinical-focused degree preferred
- Progressive years of relevant INGO professional experience in clinical education for frontline health workers and project management
- Demonstrated experience using web-based or digital platforms for delivering health programs
- Experience working alongside donors, government partners, and operational partners in health program implementation
