What you will drive

  • Lead all aspects of human resources functions including talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.
  • Direct professional learning and coaching initiatives, integrating the Shared Humanity Framework and overseeing performance management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic human capital strategies and policies that support the organization's mission and vision.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible human resources experience.
  • Expert knowledge of core HR operations including compensation, benefits, employment policies, compliance, payroll, recruiting, and performance evaluations.
  • Experience designing and implementing organizational development programs such as career pathways, professional development, and competency modeling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
