What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief of Party with program leadership, strategic planning, management, and quality assurance
- Deputize for the Chief of Party during absences
- Potentially handle day-to-day management issues depending on staffing structure
- Support implementation of the USAID-supported Clap 4 Devolution project on closing gaps in devolved health service delivery

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 8 years' experience in project management
- Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Economic Development, Public Management, Sociology, Community Development or related field
- Minimum 5 years working in designing and implementation of development projects with emphasis on accountable governance, inclusion and participation
- Prior experience supervising staff and short-term experts/consultants
- Experience in implementing USAID supported projects and knowledge of USAID rules and regulations is an added advantage
