Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead structured workshops with customers to uncover business objectives, operational constraints, and success metrics, translating findings into a clear deployment roadmap and set of deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during deployment, coordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and momentum while proactively identifying risks and managing dependencies.
  • Partner with Implementation Specialists and Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure system configurations align with business goals and scope integrations and customizations.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), drive readiness for go-live, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing success phases.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4-6 years of experience in project management, SaaS implementation delivery, customer consulting, and operations.
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, executable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment while building repeatable processes.
