Deployment Specialist Toronto/Ontario, Canada

• Assist and perform in the activation and configuration of ChargePoint Networked charging stations to new and returning station owners
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Maintenance Partners, and customers to achieve timely and accurate activation of stations
• Oversee the install, activation, and validation of new charging stations
• Maintain excellent communications with customers, Sales Rep and Services team to assure timely completion of implementations and issue resolution

This role helps accelerate the transition to electric vehicles by ensuring efficient deployment and activation of EV charging stations, contributing to reduced carbon emissions and sustainable transportation.

• Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in French/French Canadian Language, both verbal and written
• Good time management, multitasking and stress management skills to ensure tasks get completed on time
