Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Execute and manage lead generation initiatives across digital advertising, email, content, webinars, events, and social media to ensure consistent lead flow
• Build, maintain, and optimize campaign assets including workflows, automations, forms, landing pages, and email programs to support inbound and outbound demand generation
• Maintain accurate, clean, and actionable data within HubSpot to support attribution reporting and channel performance visibility
• Partner closely with sales and client success teams to ensure marketing qualified leads are clearly defined, well-supported, and handed off smoothly

This role helps small and medium-sized businesses and leading enterprises accelerate climate action by making sustainability and carbon reporting accessible, credible, and actionable, driving real change in the fight against climate change.

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing digital marketing, content marketing, or lead generation programs
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using HubSpot for marketing, including building campaigns, forms, landing pages, workflows, and reporting
• 2+ years experience working in B2B marketing environments
• Experience supporting or executing email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
• Experience managing lead generating webinars end-to-end
• Familiarity with paid digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and attribution tracking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and follow established processes

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $90,000–$100,000 base per year, depending on experience
