Delivery Manager

• Ensure team compliance with DOT and Misfits Market safety standards at all times
• Champion continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities and implementing new processes
• Develop a highly effective leadership team through selection, goal-setting, and performance management
• Foster communication and collaboration among departments to ensure cohesive supply chain operations
• Analyze data to prepare performance reports and implement corrective action plans
• Build strong professional relationships with direct reports and HR partners

This role helps reduce food waste by managing efficient delivery operations that save an average of 500,000 pounds of food per week from waste, contributing to Misfits Market's mission of tackling inefficiencies in the food system.

• Previous leadership experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulatory requirements
• Experience training others on new processes or procedural updates
• Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Excellent leadership, team building, and people management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, delegate, and manage time efficiently
