Delivery Manager (9 Month FTC)

• Oversee execution of Product & Tech roadmaps to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Manage capacity plans, track milestones, and resolve dependencies across teams.
• Maintain transparent reporting on delivery status and risks, and align with client expectations.
• Boost organisational effectiveness through Agile/Lean practices and continuous improvement.

This role accelerates the shift to a clean, electrified future by ensuring timely delivery of Kaluza's energy intelligence platform, enabling energy companies to overcome challenges and reduce carbon emissions.

• Experienced Delivery Manager with a track record of managing end-to-end delivery of digital/technology products using Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of product development process and software development life cycle.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching abilities.
• Experience in scaling a high-growth SaaS business and applying customer centricity.
