Delivery Manager (9 Month FTC)

Core responsibilities:

• Drive roadmap delivery success by overseeing execution of Product & Tech roadmaps, managing capacity plans, tracking milestones, and resolving dependencies across teams
• Ensure transparent reporting by maintaining clear reporting mechanisms, developing risk mitigation strategies, and communicating statuses to stakeholders
• Align with client expectations by collaborating with Client Delivery team and integrating client feedback into delivery process
• Boost organizational effectiveness by establishing ways of working, implementing Agile & Lean processes, and promoting continuous improvement

This role helps energy companies overcome today's challenges while accelerating the shift to a clean, electrified future by ensuring timely and successful delivery of product and technology roadmaps that make clean energy dependable, affordable and adaptive to everyday life.

Required skills and experience:

• Experienced Delivery Manager with track record of managing end-to-end delivery of digital/technology products using Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of product development process and software development life cycle
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching abilities
• Experience working in scaling a high-growth SaaS business and applying customer centricity
