Delivery Lead, Design

• Lead the design delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, environmental requirements, and project objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage all design interfaces.
• Drive innovation, value engineering, and sustainable design outcomes.

This role creates positive change by shaping high-impact water treatment solutions that address global challenges like water scarcity and climate change, contributing to sustainable infrastructure development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
• 5+ years’ experience in senior technical roles within water or wastewater infrastructure.
• Proven experience delivering WRRFs, treatment plants, or large network upgrades.
• Strong understanding of Australian Standards and design governance.
