Delivery Community Consultant

• Recruit and onboard courier customers in the London market to drive pilot growth.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with ghost kitchens and other local partners.
• Identify and evaluate promising locations for battery swap stations to support fleet efficiency.
• Support customers with day-to-day issues and provide active moderation in community WhatsApp groups.

This role directly contributes to reducing carbon emissions by promoting shared micromobility for last-mile delivery, replacing car-based courier trips with electric bikes and scooters.

• Deeply involved and active within the delivery or courier community.
• Proven ability to build relationships with local business owners and partners.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to represent Lime’s brand in the field.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning qualitative feedback into structured reports.
