Deep Learning Quality Specialist

• Audit data to ensure clean and appropriate datasets and correct labels/classifications
• Work with support to investigate issues and ensure data integrity
• Translate field tests, model issues, and customer feedback to prioritize tasks
• Validate solutions, document results, and prepare cases for field personnel

This role ensures the reliability and accuracy of deep learning models that power the LaserWeeder, reducing herbicide use and promoting sustainable farming.

• Education or professional experience in agronomy & farming or data annotation
• Highly motivated, independent thinker with great problem solving skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced Google Suite and Confluence skills desired
