DE& I Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Provide backend support for HiNext and Hitachi Academy, and operational support in implementing and monitoring diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the global organization.
• Utilize Power BI to collect, analyze, and interpret DE&I-related data, creating actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop interactive and dynamic dashboards using Power BI to present complex data in an easily digestible format with compelling story lines.
• Design and develop engaging presentations, reports, and dashboards using PowerPoint to communicate DE&I initiatives, progress, and insights to various stakeholders.

This role contributes to developing a sustainable society in India and the country's economic growth by supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace and drive positive social impact.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, visualization, and reporting.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, with experience in creating engaging presentations and reports.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree.
